Dear Mr. Iswan and the whole Rai-Tours Team,

In this way we would like to say thanks again for the two wounderful trips to Sulawesi and Flores. Both trips were well organized through your agency and we didn’t find any reason for complaints. Also the price was a really good one for so much adventure and experience.

Your tour guides - congratulation - had big knowledge about the domestic people, history, culture, flora & fauna and they were always prepered to help us for solving the one and other small personal problem during the trips.

The choosen accomodations especially in Sulawesi (Toraja area) were excellent; the accomodations in Flores were a little bit simple but we knew there are no big hotels available. Nevertheless the rooms were clean and the staffs were very friendly and obliging.

So once again thank you very much for these excellent tours and we would be very happy if you could send us a new offer for a 10-days tour to Kalimantan in May 2011 very soon.

The tour was very beautiful and the guide and the driver was perfect. We have seen many interesting things, beautiful landscapes and volcanos, temples etc. The music-school and the little children have pleased us also very well. Iim and Toto was very nice. Dear Iswan,

Now I am ready to tell you, how much we enjoyed the Java-Bali-overlandtour with Tato and Firman.

It was one of our best and most interesting trips we did so far and we had wonderful days in Indonesia. Thank you again for organizing such a great trip with all these interesting spots, comfortable hotels and very good restaurants. When you left us asked me to write you any comments, maybe suggestions for improvement or even complaints. Well, there aren't any complaints!

What we almost enjoyed most was our stay at Manohara Hotel, close to Borobudur. I still think this is the best place to stay to get the most of Borobudur. We had a great sunset and an awsome sunrise and that only a few steps away from where we stayed. You really should offer this possibility on all your tours through Java.

But the tea plantations, Kampung Naga, the Dieng Plateau and Mt Bromo also were so interesting and fascinating. We loved listening to the children playing the anklung, loved to see all the old temples and also the busy life on the lokal markets. Toto was the best guide you can think of, knowing so much about the history, botany and life of your country and Firman the most careful driver.

The hotels you chose were perfect, with one small exception: The Marbella in Bandung is certainly a very comfortable hotel concerning lodging, but needs a lot of improvement relating to the restaurant. Dinner and breakfast were not worth mentioning. So, you might go back to your old plan, chosing Hotel Jakarta.

Your tour guide recommendation for Bali was great; we had a wonderful trip o Tanah Lot, Puru Luhur Batukau, Jatiluih and Pura Taman Ayun and he again told us a lot and gave us a good overall view of this island. Thanks again.

Well, and now we are back and are still dreaming of this wonderful vacation in your beautiful country. Our pictures help us to remember everything for a long time, until we come back some day.
